Yes, you can cancel at any time; however, if you choose to renew your memorial after the free trial period of one year expires, the yearly membership fee is non-refundable.

Yes, the creator of the memorial site will be given the option to choose whether or not their memorial site will be public or private.

3)  What does a private account mean?

Memorial cannot be viewed without a password given by the creator.

4)  What does a public account mean?

General Public can view your memorial site and leave their thoughts and comments.

5)  Will comments left on memorial sites be regulated and approved by the creator of the memorial site?

Yes, The creator will approve ALL comments.
